PREGNANCY

I struggle with a pregnancy-related mental health condition.

Pregnancy and postpartum recovery can bring about a lot of emotions. While it is normal to experience mood swings, some pregnant women will experience depression and/or anxiety that significantly interfere with everyday life and their motherhood. We encourage you to talk to your healthcare provider if you experience persistent sadness, depression, anxiety, excessive worry or fear, panic attacks, or similar symptoms. Taking care of your mental health is important for you and for baby. We want you to feel better, and we hope that you will ask for support if you have concerns about your mental health.
