TRAUMA AND EMERGENCIES

I am in a domestic violence situation.

Noone should live their life in fear of abuse or violence. Unfortunately, “1 in 4 women and 1 in 9 men experience severe intimate partner physical violence, intimate partner contact sexual violence, and/or intimate partner stalking with impacts such as injury, fearfulness, post-traumatic stress disorder, use of victim services, contraction of sexually transmitted diseases, etc.”

If you are in need of emergency support and assistance, please reach out to these organizations that specialize in domestic violence situations. If you are in immediate danger, call 9-1-1. For anonymous, confidential help, 24/7, please call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233 (SAFE) or 1-800-787-3224 (TTY).

Please Note: Allay Resources also offers supportive resources for women who find themselves pregnant after rape. Learn more about those organizations here: Pregnant After Sexual Assault.
